PURPOSE:To shorten a warm-up time, by heating a roll being in a stop state to a prescribed temperature in the prestage, heating the lowered roller to a prescribed temperature in the poststage, and outputting a warm-up completion signal. CONSTITUTION:First of all, when rotation of a pair of rollers 1, 2 is in a stop state, a heat source 3 is turned on. Subsequently, the temperature of a fixation roller 1 rises by heating, and when it is detected that a thermistor 5 reaches a set temperature, the heat source 3 is turned off. By this turning-off, the rolls 1, 2 start rotation, and when a cam 10 turns, the pressing roller 2 is brought into press-contact with the roller 1. As a result, as for the roll 1, its heat is taken away by the roll 2, and the heat source 3 becomes on again. Subsequently, the roller 1 reaches the set temperature, rotation of the roller is stopped by a signal by which the heat source 3 turns off again, by the thermistor 5, and also the pressed state is released. In this state, the warm-up ends, and the device becomes a stand-by state. |
