PURPOSE:To regulate positioning exactly with simple constitution by determining the angle position of a rotary table by the engaging part of the rugged part of a base plate which moves relatively with a probe in rothogonal triaxial directions and the freely vertically movable rotary table. CONSTITUTION:A probe 52 which is moved by a Z-direction slider 47 and a Y- direction slider 34 and a rotary table 9 to be placed thereon with the work W moved by an X-direction slider 6 move in orthogonal triaxial directions with respect to the probe 52. On the other hand, a table 9 which is rotated by a gear 29 is made freely vertically movable and moves downward. Three pieces or the like of engaging parts 18 provided to the table 9 engage with the rugged part 12 of a positioning member 8 fixed to the slider 6, by which the table 9 is positioned in a desired rotating angle position. The positioning of the table of the measuring machine is regulated exactly with the simple constitution. |
