PURPOSE:To simplify the structure, to make it inexpensive and to improve its reliability, by using amorphous silicon for a photoreceptor, using a one-component toner for a developer, and executing the transfer and fixation simultaneously by pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:When a photoreceptor 1 is charged by an electrostatic charger through corona discharge, and an original 3 is exposed on the surface of the photoreceptor 1 by an exposure system 4, a latent image of the original 3 is formed, and it is developed to a visible image by a developing device 5. From a hopper 6, a form sheet is fed synchronously by matching the transfer timing, is made to press-contact with the photoreceptor by strong force of a transfer roll 7, and an image is transferred on the form sheet, and simultaneously is fixed. Even in case of said press-contact transfer, a toner image is left slightly on the photoreceptor face, therefore, it is removed by a cleaner mechanism 8, charge left on the photoreceptor surface is destaticized by light of a destaticizer 9, and the process ends. Even in case of executing the press-contact by strong force, a photoreceptor using amorphous silicon is not damaged. |
