PURPOSE:To sufficiently adhere an insulator to the groove of a core by adhering the insulator to the groove of an armature with electric iron plates as a block, then laminating the blocks and forming an armature core. CONSTITUTION:A core is divided into several units 1a so as to become a thickness not more than that which does not produce a crack of an insulator. An insulator 3 is coated in the groove 2 at every block 1a, small blocks 1a of the core are then, laminated, and a core is constructed. Subsequently, an armature coil 4 is contained in the groove 2 of the core, thereby manufacturing a rotary electric machine. |
