PURPOSE:The titled composition that is made by using a substance generating heat by contacting with water to raise temperatures, a cationic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant, thus giving moderate warm feeling and showing extensibility with mild foaming on application. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition contains, as essential components, a substance that generates heat by contacting with water to raise temperatures such as polyethylene glycol or 1,3-butylene glycol (in an amount of more than 50, preferably more than 60wt% based on the hair conditioner), a cationic surfactant and an amphoteric surfactant such as lauryl dimethyl betain (in an amount of 0.1-5, preferably 0.3-2.5%). The resultant composition may additionally contain a skin stimulant such as comphor or menthol to give both warm and refresh feelings. The above essential components may contain fatty acid esters or polyethylene glycol additionally to get good extensibility. |
