PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-layer gel substance, by adding an aqueous sol having high gelling temperature to an aqueous sol having low gelling temperature. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous sol having low gelling temperature is blended with an aqueous sol having gelling temperature 10 deg.C higher than the gel point of the aqueous sol having low gelling temperature. The blend is combined with various kinds of gelatinizing agents such as carrageenan, furcellaran, agar, pectin, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, etc., to give a piled substance having different tissues, and taste. |
