发明名称 REGULATING METHOD FOR LOAD OF FLUIDIZED-BED COMBUSTION APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve load follow-up property, and to operate the titled combustion apparatus efficiently while coping with the rapid variation of load by dividing a fluidized bed into a plurality of small fluidized beds and designating a load factor to a condition minimizing a mean temperature calculated by each weighting the small fluid beds operated in the small ones and a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:An air box 2 is formed to the bottom of a main body 1, the fluidized bed 4 consisting of silica sand, limestone, ash, etc. is formed on the upper side of the air box 2 through an air dispersing plate 3, and the air box 2 divided into a plurality of the small air boxes 21-25 each provided with independent air regulating functions by partition walls 6. Air supply pipes 81-85 provided with dampers 71-75 are each connected to the small air boxes 21- 25, and fuel supply pipes 101-105 provided with flow-rate regulating valves 91-95 are each connected to the small fluidized beds 41-45. The temperature of a single fluidized bed layer is determined by heating surface areas, the kinds of an internal fluid and load factors, and there are some combinations according to the degrees of partial charge of the load of each cell in a device constituted by a combination of a plurality of the small fluidized beds. Load signals are given to each cell in response to the combinations of the load factors of each cell. The combination are calculated at all times by a function setter 11.
