<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of a rolling workability and a product quality and to reduce cost, by making a correction for leveling a camber at the rolling stage by adding the differences of the thickness and temperature in the width directions. CONSTITUTION:When a camber is generated at VSB5, a controlling value based on a detected value of a camber gauge 10 is sent to a press device 9 to level the camber by a press header. For a camber generated in rough rolling, a leveling- correcting value of the stand of a finish mill F1 based on the detected value of a camber gauge 102, a thickness gauge 111 in the width direction, and a thermometer 121 in the width direction is calculated by a controller 13, and the result is sent to F1. Further level correcting values for stands R2 and R3 are fed back for the sake of the succeeding material. For a camber generated in finish rolling, a correcting value is calculated by a controller 133 basing on the detected values of camber gauges 104-109, and further a leveling-correcting value based on the detected values of a camber gauge 103, a thickness gauge 112 in the width direction, and a thermometer 122 in the width direction is calculated for the sake of the succeeding material, and the result is fed back to respective stands F1-F7.</p> |
