PURPOSE:To prevent the slipping in circumferential direction and the jumping out of a permanent magnet by a method wherein a side plate having the prescribed concaved groove is fitted to both sides of a plurality of permanent magnets which are adhered to the outer circumference of a shaft, and the outer circumference of said permanent magnets is wound around firmly by a non-magnetic fiber. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 4 and 4, consisting of non-magnetic metal such as stainless steel, brass and the like, for example, and having two concaved grooves 4a wherein the fan-shaped cross section of the magnet 1 is placed alternately, for example, are fixed on a rotating shaft 2. A plurality of magnets 1, four pieces for example, are arranged on the external circumference of the shaft 2 under the state wherein they are fitted to the concaved groove 4a alternately and, at the same time, the contacting surfaces between the magnet 1, the shaft 2 and the side plate 4 are joined together using a bounding material. Besides, non-magnetic fiber 5 such as glass fiber or carbon fiber, for example, is wound around the outer circumference of the magnet 1 and the outer circumference of the side plate 4, if necessary. |
