Electromechanical control device for an up-and-over door, particularly for an up-and-over garage door, consisting of a leaf (4) balanced by lateral counterweights connected to the said leaf (4) by means of chains (92) and sliding along vertical grooves (93) built into the stiles (94) of a doorframe, these chains (92) being actuated by cogged pinions (91) driven by a drive unit (19) characterised by the fact that it comprises a mechanical timer (24) causing a time lag in the opening and/or closing phase of the leaf in ratio to the unlocking and/or locking phase, this timer (24) being positioned between the drive unit (19) having a mechanical brake and remote-control manual disengagement (74 to 85) and the driving elements (35 to 45) of the cogged pinions (91) which mesh with the chains (92) linking the counterweights to the leaf (4).</p> |
