<p>PURPOSE:A bonding sheet for bonding a molded article of a resin such as FRP resin, etc. which is slightly bonded to it, obtained by applying a sheet elastic material to the back of a fabric consisting of twisted yarn of a mixture of short fibers and filaments in such a way that the fabric is embedded into a given thickness. CONSTITUTION:The elastic material 3 preferably having adhesivity is applied to the back of the fabric 1 having warp and the woof consisting of the twisted yarn of short fibers (preferably 2 denier thickness and 50cm length) alone and or a mixed fiber of short fibers and filaments in such a way that the fabric is embeddied into a given length, to give the desired bonding sheet. The sheet 5 is applied to the surface of a molded article in an uncured state in such a way that the fabric side of the surface of the sheet is pressed to the surface of the molded article during or after the moldig of the molded article 4 of the resin. After the molded article is cured, the sheet is removed from the surface of the molded article, so that the surface consists of a rough face with a specific structure. After that, the rough face is coated with an adhesive or the same kind of a resin as that of the molded article, piled on the rough face of another molded article, and bonded to it strongly by pressure.</p> |
