PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption, and to improve stability of oscialltion frequency, by cascade-connecting an MOS transistor between the source of an MOS transistor of a complementary MOS type inverter, and an electric power source terminal. CONSTITUTION:Between the source of each transistor of an inverter constituted of a p-channel MOS transistor 1 and an n-channel MOS transistor whose gate and drain are connected to an input terminal 4 and an output terminal 3, respectively, and voltage power source terminals 2, 6, a p-channel MOS transistor 12 and an n-channel MOS transistor 13 are cascade-connected. The gates of the transistors 12, 13 are connected to the voltage power source terminal 6 of a low level and the voltage power source terminal 2 of a high level, respectively, and both of them are in a conducting state. Also, since a potential difference between the gate and the source of the transistors 12, 13 is constant, it can be approximated as a constant resistance, and a current to an inverter 14 can be suppressed. |
