发明名称 LAMINAR FLOW NOZZLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To stop the releasing of water simultaneously from all nozzles and to make the end temp. for cooling of steel plates uniform by mounting plural laminar flow nozzles at the bottom end of a header, and locating the water releasing ports of the nozzles at a level higher than the bottom end parts of U-shape parts. CONSTITUTION:Laminar flow nozzles 10a-10e are formed into a coiled shape by connecting their erecting U shape parts 11a and inverted U shape parts 12a, and are connected through straight pipe parts 13a to the bottom end of a header 1. Water releasing ports 14a are opened so as to face downward, and the height of the openings thereof is located at a level higher by a vertical distance S from the top edge in the pipe inside in the lowermost end part of the U shape parts 11a. Then, the releasing and stopping of water from the nozzles 10a-10e are accomplished simultaneously and instantaneously if a sluice valve 3 is opened or closed. Thus, the end temp. for cooling of red hot steel plates of high temp. is controlled uniformly and accurately.
