PURPOSE:To automatically perform annealing of a formed product and then separate it by such an arrangement wherein a formed product is grasped by the top end of a loading arm and then its runner part is grasped by a grasping device and then the product is sent to the position of annealing and to the position where its gate part is cut by means of the grasping device. CONSTITUTION:When the metal molds of an extrusion forming machine 7 are opene, a loading arm 2 at the rear end position A is caused to move on a guide arm 22 by a process control circuit 6, and to approach metal molds 71 and it is then caused to grasp and separate an extrusion formed product 1 from the metal molds 71 and then retreat to the position A'. Next, by a command from the circuit 6, the runner hold mechanism 31 of a product grasping device 3 is caused to turn and then a product grasping mechanism 32 provided at its end is moved to the position A opposing to the position A' and it is caused to grasp the formed product at its runner part and then the grasping device 3 is moved to an annealing mechanism B, and the product is annealed in a water tank 41, and it is caused to turn to a gate part cutting mechanism C and the gate part is cut by a cutter 51 and the runner hold mechanism 31 is released at D. |
