PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency and productivity of a mixing process for soil by a method in which residual soil charged in a mixer is beaten by means of the strong rotation of the mixer and also granulated by means of a mixer of a specific shape. CONSTITUTION:In the production of improved soil granulated by a mixer after being mixed with a desired additive, a spring having a high elastic strength is set in the housing of a rotary arm constituting the mixer and by the rotation of a blade attached to the tip of the arm connected to the spring, a strong scratching action is given to the bottom of the mixer. The soil and sand adhered to the bottom of the mixer is beaten while being cut, and the residual soil is granulated by using a mixer whose contact area between the gate and drum in a discharge gate provided at the bottom of the drum is made smaller as much as possible. By this, the beating of soil lumps and the mixing of an additive can be smoothly performed and the residual soil can be effectively granulated. |
