PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the titled water heater for a prolonged period of time by a method wherein a single pump is made to serve as a heat collecting water circulating pump and a hot water supply pump concurrently so that air is supplied automatically into a pressure tank. CONSTITUTION:A hot water outlet port 5 provided on the upper part of a heat accumulation tank 1 is made to communicate with a heat collector 6 and the upper part of the collector and the heat accumulation tank 1 are made to communicate with a backward pipe 8. Further, a pump 14 and an electromagnetic valve 15 are provided midway in a pipe 7, a high temperature sensing section 19 is provided on the upper part of the pipe 8 and a low temperature sensing section 17 is provided in the heat accumulation tank 1. In addition a turnout section 10 provided between the valve 15 and the pump 14 is made to communicate with a pressure tank 12 and a check valve 11 is provided between the tank 12 and the pump 14. In this case, the turnout section 10 and the valve 15 provided above the pump 14 are made to lie over tha level of water in the tank 1. That is, the single pump 14 is used as the heat collecting water circulation pump and the hot water supply pump at the same time and air is supplied automatically into the pressure tank 12 to thereby enable the solar heat water heater to be used for a prolonged period of time. |
