PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength after soldering, initial characteristics and reliability by forming an electrode on the light-receiving surface side by an Ag paste material containing Bi. CONSTITUTION:Approximately 0.01-5% Bi is added and mixed to Ag paste, the electrode on the light-receiving surface side of the solar cell is formed, and the electrode is baked for approximately 10min at 610 deg.C and completed. According to the material, adhesive strength after the electrode is soldered is improved remarkably, and reliability is enhanced. |
