PURPOSE:To obtain an identification device which is free from alteration and wear, by forming an oscillation energy field with a high frequency electromagnetic field or an ultrasonic wave and setting an identification signal generator at the oscillation energy field to generate the identification signal with the oscillation energy. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation energy field 1 is formed previously in a space by a generator of a high frequency electromagnetic field or an ultrasonic wave. When an identification signal generator 2 is set close enough to the field 1, the oscillation energy is absorbed by a wave receiver 3. A rectifying circuit 4 is connected to the receiver 3 to supply the output of the receiver 3 to a frequency converting circuit 5. The circuit 5 is driven by a DC power supply of the circuit 4 and produces identification signals on the basis of the AC signal supplied from the receiver 3. It is possible to use the output of the receiver as it is to be the identification signal. In addition, it is also possible to produce various types of signals by connecting N units of flip-flop circuits 15 to the circuit 5. |
