PURPOSE:To obtain the titled soldering device which solders an electric conductor as automatically as possible and reduces its cost, by allowing a chuck mechanism to clamp the electric conductor held by a jig consisting of a holding piece part for holding the electric conductor and a standard part at the holding position of the electric conductor and leading out the conductor to a connected part side. CONSTITUTION:A power source core line 12 is inserted into a holding hole side 19 along the lead-in hole part 20 of the slit hole 18 of a rib 16 and held therein. At this time, the extent B of projection of the line 12 to a changeover switch side 7 is determined on the basis of the rib 17. A motor lead line 14 also has its extent B of projection determined. Then, a base 1 in this state is sent to the line of the automatic welding device and a clamping pawl 22 is entered the base 1 through the operation of the chuck mechanism 21 to clamp the line 12 in a clamping mechanism 23. Then, after the line 12 is drawn out of the rib 16 toward the stick side 7 by a prescribed extent, the soldering mechanism 24 is put in operation to feed out solder 26, which is brought into contact with a trowel part 25. Thus, a core 12a is soldered to a terminal 7a. The line 14 is also soldered to prescribed terminals 7a and 9a of a switch 7 and a time switch 9 as well. |
