PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of external noise by a method wherein a reversible counter, which performs addition in response to the fluctuation of supply voltage of the glow plug, is utilized in Diesel engine or the like. CONSTITUTION:The calculation result counted by the reversible counter 21 coincides with the integrated value by time of the voltage applied to the glow plug at its preheating. The counted data A of the reversible counter 21 is compared with the desired data value and the energizing of the glow plug is controlled based upon the result of the comparison. Consequently, the glow plug can be controlled without being influenced by external noise. |
