A device used on pulse-duration or pulse-pause controlled model railways comprises for the purpose of an analogue display of a linearly varying state a luminescence diode which is luminous in two colours and in which there are connected to the anode terminals of the two individual diodes, which are luminous in different colours, particularly in red and green, two dipolar transistors of different design, whose base electrodes are driven by the control voltage via a common connecting lead.
