Lines which are guided from the roof of a house to the ground, such as antenna lines and especially lightening conductors, are advantageously attached to rain-water drainpipes. The previously known clamps for this purpose are extremely heavy, expensive and difficult to fit. In addition, a separate clamp is required for every type of down-line and for virtually every pipe diameter. The invention specifies a relatively easily constructed clamp which, as a result of this easy construction, can be fitted very simply and can be attached to rain-water drainpipes of different diameter. Nevertheless, this clamp is extremely stable by virtue of its construction and, in addition, has an extremely long life. This is achieved by the attachment means for the down-lines being attached to an angle piece, and the angle piece being inserted with a tongue into pockets in the clamping strip. <IMAGE>
