PURPOSE:To fix a logic level even if a power supply voltage is changed by driving a CMOS inverter circuit consisting of the 7th and 8th MOSFETs by a constant current source for a constant current circuit consisting of the 1st-6th MOSFETs. CONSTITUTION:The constant current circuit using the MOSFET 16 as the constant current source is constituted of the MOSFETs 11-16. The CMOS inverter circuit using the MOSFET 16 as the constant current source is constituted of the p-type MOSFET 17 and an n-type MOSFET 18. The gates of the MOSFETs 17, 18 which are connected in common are connected to an input signal terminal 19 to receive a signal from the external of an integrated circuit and to output an output signal from an output terminal 20 to be an input buffer circuit. Since the logic level is not varied by the power supply voltage, an input buffer circuit having a stable logic level can be obtained under a wide operation power supply voltage. |
