<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized pump with little pulsation by arranging two cylinders each equipped with a piston, in the axial direction through a partitioning wall, and allowing the fluid inhaled through the reciprocative movement of each piston to be discharged after being pressurized alternatively. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a cylindrical housing 2 is divided into the first and the second cylinders 4 and 5 through a partitioning wall 3, and the first and the second pistons 6 and 7 are closely inserted slidably into the respective cylinders 4 and 5. Both pistons 6 and 7 are connected to each other through the piston rod 9 which extends through the partitioning wall 3, and one end 9a of a rod 9 is fitted onto one end 10a of a main piston rod 10 extending through a drive controller 37, and the other end 9b is fitted onto one end 11a of an auxiliary piston rod 11 which penetrates through the piston 7. Said drive controller 37 equipped with an air switching valve 38 controls the reciprocative movement of the pistons 6 and 7 so that the fluid inhaled through a fluid switching valve 19 by the reciprocative movement of the pistons 6 and 7 is pressurized and then discharged alternatively.</p> |
