PURPOSE:To obtain a high accurate jig without causing the necessity for machining work, by coating a flow path core only to an unworked location of a work, placing the work in a frame body, forming a shape with synthetic resin, and then removing the flow path core to manufacture the abrasive grain fluidized work jig. CONSTITUTION:Flow path cores 3a, 3b are coated by a both-side adhesive tape or the like to worked surfaces 1a, 1b of a work 1 except unworked surfaces 2a, 2b. The work is fixed to the inside of a frame body 41 larger than a main unit, and molten synthetic resin is poured and solidified. Here a separator plate is previously inserted into the frame body so that a jig can be divided later into two parts. The solidified synthetic resin body is removed from the frame body to exfoliate the flow path cores from the work. Said synthetic resin body is used as the abrasive grain fluidized work jig as in that state, and a work 3 is inserted into said jig, forcibly contacted, moved and ground while forcibly filling a work medium, in which abrasive grains and silicon rubber or the like are kneaded, into flow paths 8a, 8b between said jig and work. |
