PURPOSE:To prevent the temperature of hot water supplied from being lowered by the water supply exceeding the maximum capacity of a heating device by controlling the capacity of the heating device by a heating controller if the hot water supply load is less than the maximum capacity of the heating device and if it is the hot water supply load of more than the maximum capacity, the water quantity is controlled by the driving device. CONSTITUTION:Water is heated by a heat exchanger 14, and the gas combustion quantity is controlled by an input control valve 24 so that the temperature of water supplied which is detected by a temperature detector 16 coincides with the preset value. In a case where the temperature of water supplied is lower than the preset temperature even when the input control valve 24 reaches the maximum input state, that is, a burner 25 reaches the maximum combustion quantity, a motor 21 is driven to change a water quantity preset value of a water controller 1 whereby the water quantity is decreased to increase the temperature of hot water. Thus, the input control valve 24 and the water controller 1 are controlled so that the temperature of hot water supplied is constantly maintained at a predetermined value. |
