<p>PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency and stability by a method wherein the directions of the vessel body, cover body, etc. of a cassette, the surface and the back thereof are not the same, during carrying are made sure, the cassette is turned horizontally during adsorption and carrying and regulated in the predetermined direction, the surface and the back are detected, which are regulated by an inclined shooter. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the cassette vessel bodies and cover bodies, which move on a confirming belt 1a and the surfaces and the backs thereof are not the same, are contacted and stopped first by a stopper 1d by a directional confirming section 1c for the vessel bodies 1a, a sensor is actuated, a stopper 1e is projected, and the cover bodies are stopped at the positions. The vessel bodies 1a are adsorbed, and their directions are made sure by the sensor of a directional confirming mechanism. The vessel bodies are turned horizontally on the basis of the result of the directional confirming sensor while being lifted to direct their directions in the regular ones, and dropped onto the inclined shooter 3c, the direction thereof is controlled by an output from the directional confirming sensor, the surfaces and the backs are regulated, and they are forwarded onto a conveyor belt 7. The cover bodies 2a are also treated similarly. Accordingly, the vessel bodies and the cover bodies can be carried safely and efficiently.</p> |
