PURPOSE:To measure physical quantity of an object to be measured, with high accuracy, by placing two capacity measuring instruments by keeping a prescribed interval against the object to be measured, so as to pinch the object to be measured from the upper and lower parts, and taking the sum of measuring signals of each measuring instrument. CONSTITUTION:An object to be measured 1 such as a metallic plate, a synthetic resin film, etc. is carried in the right angle direction against the paper face, and so as to pinch this object to be measured 1 from the upper and lower parts, each capacity measuring instrument 2, 3 is placed independently by keeping a prescribed interval against the object to be measured 1, and making each electrode face oppose to each other. Also, a frame 4 is constituted so that the measuring instruments 2, 3 can move exceeding the whole width of the object to be measured, in the direction meeting at right angle with the moving direction of the object to be measured 1. Measuring signals of these measuring instruments 2, 3 are operated by a sum operating circuit. In this way, physical quantity of a moving sheet-like object to be measured can be measured with high accuracy in accordance with specific inductive capacity of the object to be measured. |
