PURPOSE:To make the minitenance, repair, and the like of the instrument very convenient and to decrease the cost of the entire instrument, by connecting the main body of a light wave measuring device to a lens barrel of a telescope through optical fibers in a transit. CONSTITUTION:The light emitting optical film 26 and the light receiving optical film 27 are divided into the outer parts and the inner parts of the main body 3 of the light wave measuring device, respectively. A lens 30 is provided at the introduction part to the main body 3. In the main body 3 of the light wave measuring device, various means such as electric circuits required for the light wave measuring device are arranged. A switching means selectively connects a coupling means of an eyepiece lens 15 (a lens barrel 16 or optical fiber 24) and the optical fiber 17 for light emitting and light receiving with respect to the lens barrel 2 of the telescope 1 of the transit. When an angle is measured, the coupling means of the eyepiece lens 15 is connected to the lens barrel 2. When a distance is measured, the optical fiber 17 is connected to the lens barrel 2, and the distance measuring axis is made to agree with the optical axis of the lens barrel 2. |
