PURPOSE:To make phase of a propagation wave variable, by providing an annular slot on an electric conductor plate which a dielectric contacts with, installing a capacitor and a diode into the slot and changing the bias of the diode. CONSTITUTION:On an electric conductor plate 2, an annular slot 7 is provided. In the slot 7, a capacitor 8 and a diode 9 are installed. In such an image line, a current flows in the propagating direction of radio waves, to the electric conductor plate 2 which contacts with a dielectric 1. Accordingly, when a slot 6 is provided and the capacitor 8 is installed, phase of radio waves is delayed. Also, when the diode 9 is set to a conducting state, phase leads. |
