<p>PURPOSE:To obtain display with which the presence of a detected body is discriminated clearly, by selecting a detection signal arriving in a desired range direction and displaying the transition of the selected signal on the same display. CONSTITUTION:A wide-range underground detecting and displaying device consists of a transmitter and receiver 1 which transmits ultrasonic wave pulses in wide-range directions and receives their reflected waves by directional receivers, a time series circuit 3 which sends the received reflected waves in respective directions in time series, a selecting circuit which selects a specific direction reflected wave from the time series signal and varies it at intervals of plural detected pulses within a preset range, a coorrdinate converter 12 which performs XY coordinate conversion of the azimuth and distance position of the time series signal, storage circuits 10 and 11, writing circuits 7 and 9, a display 22, reading circuits 19 and 20, and a switching circuit 29. Thus, the presence of a detected body is discriminated and displayed.</p> |
