PURPOSE:To prevent open wire at the end of winding, by avoiding an excessive force from being applied to the end f winding because of the thermal deformation of a coil bibbin and preventing the heat melting between the winding end and a guard. CONSTITUTION:A bending part 5a is respectively provided toward the inside at a part where an end 3a of a winding is wound and soldered at the base at a terminal conductor 5, and the bending part is wound with the end 3a of the winding and soldered. A wide part 5b is provided for the bending part to increase the heat dissipation effect. In soldering the end of winding, even if the guard 4a is thermally deformed because of a heat applied to the terminal conductor 5 in soldering the end of wiring, since the end part 3a and the guard are not contacted, no excessive force due to the guard 4a is applied at deformation, allowing to prevent open wire. |
