PURPOSE:To obtain the strain gage wherein an operating part and a plate spring are accurately engaged, by forming a pair of notched grooves in the rod part of the operating part, and forming a large diameter part into which the rod part is inserted and a slit part which is engaged with the notched part in the plate spring. CONSTITUTION:A sharp projection 6 is formed at the edge part of an upper surface 5 of a supporting post 5, which is fixed on one edge of an substrate 1. A sharp projection 7, which faces the projection 6, is provided on a pushing plate 8. The base part of the plate spring 10 is held between said surface 5 and the pushing plate 8, and tightened and fixed by a screw 9. Strain resistor elements 13a-13d are evaporated or bonded on the upper and lower surfaces of the central part of the plate spring 10. A supporting rod 18, which is attached to a diaphragm 3 that is sealed in a vacuum state, is inserted into a large diameter part 15 provided in a top part 14 of the plate spring 10. The notched groove which is provided at the tip part of the rod is engaged with the slit part 16 that is continued to the large diameter part. The plate spring 10 is curved by the vertical displacement of the supporting rod 18 due to the external pressure change, and the resistances of the elements 13a-13d are changed. In this way, the strain gage wherein the operating part and the plate spring 10 are accurately engaged is obtained. |
