PURPOSE:To prevent a tape from being crushed and impressing of a fold, by preventing interference between loops by forces to spread the magnetic tape itself on the bin in mumerous loop shapes, and to slide down a tilted surface. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic tape 2 wound on a reel 1 is paid off sequentially and an end 2b of the tape 2 passes between a tape end detector 3 and a relecting plate 7, the detector 3 detects the light reflected on the plate 7, stop instruction is given to a capstan 4, pinch rollers 5, 6, a belt motor 12 and a pneumatic pump, the capstan 4 and the motor 12 are stopped, the pinch rollers 5, 6 are detached from the capstan 4, and the absorption of air by an air absorbing section 20 and the air jet by a tape guide 11 and an air jet section 19 are stopped. |
