PURPOSE:To surely couple a rotor to a shaft, by adhesively mounting a rigid ring to a notch of the rotor in the captioned device in which the frictional joint ring is used to fix the rotor of a motor to the shaft of a main spindle. CONSTITUTION:A rigid ring 20 is prepared by a material of high rigidity of, for instance, iron or the like. A bolt 14 is screwed into a screw hole provided to a flange of the ring 20 to press an outer ring 11. In this way, the ring 20 is adhesively fixed to a shaft 2. Because the ring 20 is fixed to a rotor 3, even if the ring 11 is moved, the ring 20 is never moved and a silicon steel plate 16 of the rotor is never exfoliated. |
