PURPOSE:To obtain a heating body for a solid electrolyte oxygen densitometer with a uniform temperature distribution by arranging a heat generating body made up of a metal conductor and a semiconductor on at least one surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:2.2pts.wt. of methyl cellulose based binder and 15pts.wt. of water are added to 100pts.wt. of zirconium oxide stabilized by 8mol% of yttrium to oxide (Y2O3), mixed in a paste and extrusion molded into a raw sheet, on the surface of which a heat generating body pattern is printed employing a platinum ink. Then, a stabilized zirconium raw sheet the same as mentioned above is piled thereon and welded under pressure to be molded in a cylinder. The molded body thus obtained is baked in the atmosphere of air at 1,550 deg.C for two hours after dried. An oxygen concentration detection element with a platinum electrode 2 attached to a stabilized zirconia solid electrolyte 1 is set within a heating body 3 to form an oxygen concentration detection meter. |
