<p>PURPOSE:To secure restoration of the correct data by holding the power supply cut-off information regardless of the time during which the power supply voltage drops as long as this drop of the power supply voltage is limited down to a range where a flip-flop FF works. CONSTITUTION:The element of an FF10 is selected so that the FF10 works satisfactorily even in case the voltage BV of a power supply 5 is reduced less than the lowest level FF within the working voltage range of the FF10. While a processor 1 sets the state of the FF10 at the output of a terminal Q immediately after the processor 1 is reset from its reset state and then turns on or off a power supply switch 9. At the same time, the processor 1 always inverts the state of the FF10 when the state of the switch 9 is inverted to secure the said corresponding state. As a result, the switch 9 can be changed over in response to each reset state.</p> |
