<p>PURPOSE:To remove a fluid temperature dependency and enable a flow rate to be accurately detected by correcting a quantity corresponding to the temperature displacement of a flow rate detecting element by a temperature detected by a heat-sensitive element. CONSTITUTION:When a flow rate detector is arranged in the same passage 20 of a fluid, the temperature of the fluid is detected upstream of the passage 20 by the thermo-sensitive element 10 of a temperature detecting circuit 12 and the flow rate and the temperature of the fluid are detected downstream of the passage 20 by the thermo-sensitive element 14 of a flow rate and temperature detecting circuit 16. The output of the temperature detecting circuit 12 and the output of the flow rate and temperature detecting circuit 16 are applied to a temperature displacement correcting circuit 18. The circuit 18 operates so as to correct only a quantity corresponding to a temperature displacement in a flow rate and a temperature detected by the thermo-sensitive element 14 of the circuit 16. Accordingly, only the quantity corresponding to the temperature displacement is outputted from the circuit 18. Thus, since a fluid temperature dependency can be removed by providing the circuit 18 between the circuits 12 and 16, only the flow rate can be accurately detected.</p> |
