PURPOSE:To fill up a flow to form a new protective film, and to repair defective a disc simply, by utilizing the uniformity of spray coating, and spraying and coating the solution of a thin film member of the disc on the disc. CONSTITUTION:A coating solution in a bomb 2 is sprayed from a spray nozzle 1 into a spray tank 5 and the solution is coated thinly on the disc 3 placed at the opening under the tank 5. A motor 4 turns the disc 3 at spraying for the uniformity of coating. In another example of execution, the solution of the thin film member in the bomb 2 is sprayed into the tank 5 from the nozzle 1 and coated thinly on the disc 3 placed at the upper opening of the tank 5. The motor 4 drives the outer circumference of the disc 3 to uniform the coating. |
