PURPOSE:To expedite the detection of temperature at an arbitrary point, by measuring data in a short sampling time, operating the gradient of data at a long time interval, and thereby renewing data at every sampling time. CONSTITUTION:A gas from an inlet 1 passes through a control valve 2 controlling an amount of burning, and is burnt by a burner 3 to heat food in a cookpot 4. A temperature sensor 5 is in contact with the outer bottom part of the cookpot 4 and detects the temperature thereof. A data measuring unit 6 measures the temperature of the sensor 5 in every short sampling time given by a timer 7. Moreover, a time G being an integer multiple of the time F is measured by a timer 8, and the difference in temperature generated during the time G is operated by a gradient operating unit 9. According to the gradient thus obtained, a control unit 10 gives a control output to the valve 2 to control the heating power of the burner 3. |
