PURPOSE:To facilitate the positioning of a mirror with simple structure, by enabling the positioning of a plurality of mirrors to desired position through the operation of a select switch. CONSTITUTION:Select switches 32, 33 for setting the inclination angles in X and Y directions of each mirror which can be exchanged between plural or three steps, for example, are provided, while variable resistors 32', 33' are connected directly with each switches 32, 33 and an encoder 34 is provided to constitute an operating section 30. When storing X and Y directions of the mirror, each resistor 32', 33' is operated for each exchanging position of the select switches 32, 33 to position the mirror through servomotors 31, 31' for inclining the mirror in X and Y directions and to store the command value provided from each resistor in the encoder 34. Consequently the mirror angle can be set to the desired position through only the operation of each switche 32, 33. |
