PURPOSE:To improve quantity measuring accuracy in a device in which opening area of a fuel orifice is adjusted by a fuel needle to supply metered fuel to an intake passage, by maintaining a difference between pressures before and after the fuel orifice to constant. CONSTITUTION:Fuel supplied to an intake passage 2 of an engine is metered by a fuel needle 42 and fuel orifice 40 driven in accordance with a quantity of air sucked to the engine to flow in through a fuel passage 32 and injected from an injection unit 30. A pressure difference regulator 76 equipped with a valve member 96 opened and closed by a diaphragm 82 responsively operated to a difference between pressures before and after the orifice 40 is provided on the half way of the passage 32 to maintain the difference between the pressures before and after the orifice 40 always to constant, and a fuel flow quantity is determined by passage area in a part of the orifice 40, then accurate quantity measurement can be performed. |
