RECOVERING METHOD OF MULTI SYSTEM ARITHMETIC PROCESSING AND SYNCHRONIZING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in reliability due to common hardware and to allow the whole system to enter into a synchronous state immediately after recovery by providing an information interchanging means and transmitting and receiving commands through the means. CONSTITUTION:On recovering, a CPU transmits a command (C2) for reporting the recovery of the CPU. By receiving the C2, a CPU2 recognizes the need for autobalance because of the free running of the system and transmits a response signal (R2). On receiving the R2, the CPU1 also starts autobalance operation and resends a command C3 for inform the CPU2 of the top storage address of autobalance data. The CPU2 transmits data on this address and the CPU1 stores it in the corresponding address to complete one step of the autobalance.
