The invention relates to a planetary roller feed with at least two feed rollers rotating in staggered relationship relative to the axis of rotation as well as with a bearing part firmly connected to a motor shaft coaxial to the welding wire. In this arrangement, the control of the centrifugal forces, the alternative power or manual setting of the applied pressure of the rollers to the wire which is required in each case, and the modular construction are achieved by the design of the bearing part and the roller holder as a chuck known per se.
