PURPOSE:To eliminate a transient variation of a variable frequency inverter when shifting to new frequency by controlling by a microcomputer the inverter and altering the set frequency by utilizing the controlling spare time of operating the inverter. CONSTITUTION:A DC power from a converter 1 is converted via an inverter 2 into a variable frequency and variable voltage AC power, and the inverter 2 is controlled by a microcomputer 5, thereby supplying it to an induction motor 3 which traversely operates in a fiber winding. The data storage is divided into an actual operating data area and an inverter frequency set altering data area. Necessary calculation is performed by utilizing the control spare time of operating the inverter, and is controlled toward a new set frequency when becoming at set altering point. Accordingly, the shaft to the new frequency can be performed in natural manner, thereby enabling to uniformly winding. |
