PURPOSE:To pack a flux uniformly in a short time into a steel pipe by connecting a beginning end pipe provided with a branch pipe for air venting to the end part on the flux supply side of a body wound with the steel pipe, connecting a terminal end pipe of which the opening end is directed upward to the terminal end part thereof and supplying the flux through the beginning end pipe. CONSTITUTION:A beginning end pipe 10 provided with a branch pipe 10' for air venting is connected to the pipe end part on the flux supply side of a body wound with a steel pipe, and a terminal pipe 11 of which the opening end is directed upward is connected to the terminal end part, respectively. Transparent pipes through which the moving state of the flux is visible are used for both end pipes 10, 11. Thereupon, a welding flux is packed through a hopper 3, an electromagnetic feeder 6, a funnel 5, the pipe 10, the beginning end of the pipe P of the body wound with the pipe, the terminal end of the pipe, and the terminal end pipe 11 by oscillating and moving the body wound with the pipe with an oscillating motor 12. |
