PURPOSE:To inhibiting a transmitting circuit from operating when an operation switch is operated successively, and to prevent the consumption of a battery and malfunction by counting operation signals and outputting a gate closure signal when the 2nd signal is inputted, and outputting a gate opening signal at a predetermined time later. CONSTITUTION:In response to the operation of the operation switch 1, an operation signal generating circuit 2 generates an operation signal Vs, and an operating time setting circuit 3 generates an operation signal V0 with prescribed pulse width which operates a transmitting circuit 5. This signal V0 is applied to a gate circuit 4, and the signal Vs is applied to the set and reset terminals of the FF circuit F of a circuit 4 through the 1st and the 2nd gate control circuits 6 and 9. The circuit 6 counts the signal Vs and outputs the gate closure signal in response to the 2nd input signal Vs. Then, the circuit 9 outputs the gate opening signal at a prescribed time after the signal Vs is inputted to reset the circuit F by its output; when the switch 1 is operated successively, the operation of the circuit 5 is inhibited to prevent the consumption of the battery 12 and malfunction. |
