PURPOSE:To prevent the improper chucking due to variation in the pneumatic pressure by fixing a winding block so as not to horizontally move and pressing, holding or releasing an armature core by the operation of a pressing element. CONSTITUTION:When an armature core 1 is pressed, an armature core 1 is pressed and supported continuously by a spring 16, thereby stopping the fluctuation of a coil block 13 in a coil. When an armature core 1 is rotated at the desired position, a guide rod 26 is lifted, a roller 21 is moved toward the direction of an arrow B, and a lever 18 is turned, thereby releasing a pressing element 15 from the core 1. After the core 1 is operated as desired, the rot 26 is retarded, the pressing element is again recovered by the tension of the spring, thereby pressing and holding the core 1. |
