PURPOSE:To prevent input of noise due to chattering produced at input, by processing a pentouch signal with a signal connecting means to connect disconnected parts in pen touch signals, and a signal extending means. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is inputted to an input terminal 21, a capacitor 24 connects disconnected parts and obtains a continuous signal, when the time width of disconnected parts in this signal is within a predetermined time width. Retriggered multivibrators 25, 27 and AND gates 26, 28 extend the disconnected parts to a predetermined required time, when the time width of the disconnected parts are a prescribed time width or more. From an output terminal 23 of the AND gate 28, an output without noise due to transient phenomenon at the start of input is obtained. |
