PURPOSE:To easily and accurately position a body to be measured by providing respective adjusting mechanisms which move up and down, rotate, and slant forth and back, and right and left the body to be measured. CONSTITUTION:A watertight container 1 is fixed on a water tank 2 and a supporting device 5 for a force component meter is fixed on the reverse surface of an intermediate lid 4 for a measure to counter vibrations. The three-component meter 6 is fitted to the lower end of the device 5, a ring-shaped three-dimensional water-dipped body 8 is fitted through a fitting 7, and a screw 9 is arranged on the downstream side of the water-dipped body 8. The device 5 consists of an up/down movement adjusting mechanism 20, a rotation adjusting mechanism 30, a front-rear and right-left adjustment mechanism 40, and an inclination adjusting mechanism 50. The mechanism 20 position the water-dipped body 8 vertically, and the mechanism 30 positions the water-dipped body 8 clockwise and counterclockwise around the center shaft of the device 5. Then, the mechanism 40 moves the water-dipped body 8 as shown by an arrow C and the mechanism 50 adjusts the tilt angle of the water-dipped body 8 about shafts 52a and 52b and then swings a frame body 51 as shown by an arrow F. Consequently, the tilt angle of the water-dipped body 8 is adjustable about the shafts 53a and 53b.
